Estate Administration Services

Dealing with the loss of a family member or friend is painful and complicated; our goal at DVC is to assist the personal representative of the deceased. • Advising generally with respect to the administration of the estate

• Assisting the personal representative in verifying the ownership of the deceased's assets, including searching titles.

• Preparing all documents required to obtain a grant of probate.

• Applying for a grant of probate and, where necessary, attending to court applications.

• Attending to the transmission of the assets into the personal representative's name.

• Assisting with transferring the assets to the beneficiaries.

• Assisting with the passing of the personal representative's accounts.
